Lone Wolf Cactus & Lime - Welcome to gin's wild frontier. We distil our signature spirit with kaffir lime and Queen of the Night, a fragrant cactus flower that appears only after dark - like the wolf who hunts by moonlight. Spiky citrus notes meet LoneWolf's class juniper kick for an oasis of flavour.
Lone Wolf Cloudy Lemon - a haze of gin and sharp citrus. This gin is macerated in fresh Sicilian lemon peel for seven days before its released into the wild. With strong lemon nose and merciless juniper kick.
Lone Wolf Gunpowder Gin - A first wave of oriental spice hits the palate from our pink, black and Szechuan peppercorns, closely followed and balanced by sweet citrus notes drawn from the peel of Paraguayan bitter oranges, Sicilian lemons and Mexican pink grapefruits, finished off with an all-out star anise assault.
Manchester Raspberry - well balanced with fresh raspberries as part of the distillation process to impart a delicate fruit character and a touch of sweetness. Nutty juniper developing into soft waves of floral dandelion and lemon.
Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb - masterfully infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.
Fairham Signature Gin - Ultra smooth, juniper at the forefront and layered with tasty fresh citrus.
Fairham Ochre - This is our expression of a spiced orange gin. Fresh orange and sweet clementine are vapour infused with four spices to create a subtle warming finish to a flavour-filled G&T.
Defiance Strawberry - Signature botanicals together with British strawberries create a delicious ‘fun in the sun’ gin. A fantastic ‘real gin’, foraged, distilled and bottled in the U.K. 14 Botanicals create a sublime smooth gin. A wonderful depth of flavour with an earthy backbone gives way to fresh citrus and wonderful notes of anise, serve with sliced strawberries and mint.
Batch Orange - Juicy citrus Gin
Cuckoo Supernova - A 100% real citrus fruit Gin with no added sugar, naturally blush coloured at a punchy 44% abv. Grapefruit on the nose and lovely notes of Juniper we expect from Gin. When served with a premium Indian tonic and a glass full of ice, you’ll be hit with wonderful notes of fresh grapefruit and pomelo which blend perfectly into a crisp and ultra refreshing G & T.
